Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use findunipath.com, its blog, or the web app at app.findunipath.com (together, “FindUniPath”), run by the Aseel Team. By creating an account or using FindUniPath you agree to them. If you use FindUniPath for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

FindUniPath is an information and organisation tool. It collects admission dates, entry requirements, fees, visa steps and links from official university and government sources, and helps you plan and track applications.

We are not a university, an admissions office, an immigration authority or a legal adviser, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the institutions we list. We don't submit applications for you and can't influence any admission or visa decision.

We work hard to keep information accurate and link every fact to its official source. Still, please keep in mind:

• Universities and governments change dates, fees and rules — sometimes without notice.
• When a university hasn't published the current intake yet, we show last year's real dates and label them “Last year's dates”. They are a guide, not a promise.
• Always confirm deadlines, requirements and fees on the official page before you apply, pay or book a visa appointment.
• Nothing on FindUniPath guarantees admission, a scholarship or a visa.

Spotted something wrong? Please tell us through the contact form (“Report incorrect information”) — we fix confirmed errors quickly.

• Give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 16, or use FindUniPath with a parent, guardian or adviser.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans and their limits are described on our pricing section. At the moment paid plans are arranged with us directly by email; the price, billing period and any refund terms are confirmed in writing before you pay.

We may change prices or plan features in the future. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for, and we'll tell you in advance.

You keep ownership of everything you add, such as applicant records and notes. You give us permission to store and process it only to run FindUniPath for you.

If you add information about other people (for example, your clients), you confirm you have the right to do so and have told them how it is used. Don't store sensitive data such as passport numbers, health or financial information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Please don't:

• copy, scrape or resell our database or content in bulk, or use automated tools to download it;
• try to access other users' data, break our security, or overload the service;
• share your account with people outside your plan's seats;
• use FindUniPath for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful — including fraudulent applications or documents.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after warning you where reasonable.

The FindUniPath software, design, blog articles and our compilation of admission data belong to us. You may read, use and share individual pages and links for your own studies or to advise your clients. University names and logos belong to their owners; linked official pages are the property of their publishers.

FindUniPath links to university, government, embassy and other official websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.

FindUniPath is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on information without checking the official source — such as a missed deadline, a rejected application or a refused visa.

Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be waived.

You can stop using FindUniPath and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service, or your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we discontinue a paid service, we'll refund any unused prepaid period.

We may update these terms as FindUniPath grows. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users before they take effect. If you keep using FindUniPath after that, the new terms apply.
